Who’s TwoRocks?

Last Tuesday, at the Goofballs Anonymous meeting…

“Hi, I’m TwoRocks, and I’m addicted to goofin’…” – “Hi TwoRocks!” (Rest of confession/sharing withheld for privacy reasons…)

I already was a goofball in my last incarnation.

After the meeting, overheard in a private conversation: “Say, TwoRocks… are you addicted to anything else?” — “Yeah, I’m also hooked on phonics.”

Okay… so I have an incurable, hyper-active goofball gene, sometimes also called “silly gene”. Which, kind of, makes me a Silly Gen(e)ius… I guess…

Besides being certified n.u.t.s. (naturally uninhibited & totally silly), I’m also an electrical engineer, an inventor (I make up a lot of stuff), a computer wiz, a journalist, a consultant, a web designer & developer, a writer (man, it takes forever to get that triple novel trilogy completed…), a composer / singer / songwriter, a recording engineer & music producer (in training), and an aspiring filmmaker. Whew! I’m busy!

Nothing much has changed...

After a long dormancy of my creativity (due to a serious illness), it is now “bursting out” again as if somebody had opened “the floodgates”. I’m grateful, and I’m letting it all out. What you are “getting hit with” here is a tiny portion of those creative outburts — some “How to” guides about building computer-related thinga-ma-gingies, written in my usual goofball style. If you have a sense of humor, you’ll enjoy reading them. If you don’t — well, it’s never too late to develop a sense of humor.

The factual information in my guides is — despite the goofy writing style — (hopefully) accurate. If something’s wrong — let me know in the forums.
